Mr. Nair is known to me for the last 30 years. I have done many dealings through him, including buying and selling of flats and also renting of flats. I have always found him to be worthy of trust, which is the reason for my association with him for such a long period. Being a NRI, there were occasions I or my family could not handle the tenancy in terms of rent collection, payment of society fees, attending to minor repairs, etc. Mr. Nair volunteered to take care of that, and he handled the accounts in a transparent manner.
