Mr NPG Nair has than 30 years of experience in real estate dealings. He has been appointed Special Executive Officer (SEO) by government of Maharashtra in 2004. He is a life member of the following associations:

- Goregaon Estate Agents Welfare Association from 5th April 2008 (Membership no: GEAA/LM/08)
- Malad Estate Agents Association from 1st April 2000 (Membership no: LN-1)
Has done dealing right from bandra to dhaisar independently. Dealt with reputed MNC’s and individuals with their procurement of flats, commercial premises. Both on sale purchase and lease basis. One of the oldest and most trusted estate agent in goregaon.
Active member of many social organizations like Goregaon Malyalee Samaj, Ayappa Seva Sangam, Nair’s Service Society, goregaon etc.
